Sissy Squat: (superset with Jump Squats)

15, 15 (holding 25lbs plate)

Squat press machine:

Calves:
5 x 25

*Training modified to work around back pain...AGAIN :/

  1. Some models are specifically geared towards a core workout; so if that's what youre most interested in, look for those models.
