Incline DB Bench:

35 x 8, 8, 8

Push Ups (elevated feet):
8, 9, 9, 8

1 Arm Lateral Raise:
20 x 10, 10, 10

Dips (assisted):
15, 15, 12, 12

Single Arm Cable Ext: (Couldnt do rope ext)
20 x 15
30 x 12, 10, 10
